The owner kept in good contact even though the shop temporarily closed. Even though my order was delayed for a long time I was never afraid I had lost my money. Very good customer service!
The cup was a gift and my girlfriend loved it so much.
The onlyy thing was that there was little glue marks around the bottom, but aside from that everything was perfect.
